RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We pride ourselves on our customer service and a huge part of that is our customers satisfaction with our products. We offer returns and refunds in line with the conditions listed below.

If an item is shipped with a manufacturing fault, we will honour an exchange or refund for the faulty item. We require an email to be sent to info@fuzzyskin.com.au detailing the fault, copy of your invoice or proof of order, image of the fault and your preference of an exchange or refund.

The faulty item must be returned to our office within 14 days from the date of order. Upon receipt of the item, our team will assess the unit and provide confirmation via email of a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from date of confirmation, refunds exclude the cost of shipping and handling.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds for any other circumstance including change of mind.
